Environmental stewardship and community are at the core of every project we choose to involve ourselves in.

The whole staff is so friendly and not to mention the apartments/floor plans are beautiful. The location is great, I can cross the street to walk my dog on the Galloway Greenway Trail and am close to restaurants and breweries. An amazing place to call home!

Providing affordable housing and a place for people to live and grow together is something I dreamed of for this area for a long time.

Love living here!! My job moves me around the country and this has been one of my favorite places I've lived, I'll be sad to leave when they decide to move me again!!

Got to be honest...very beautiful upscale environment. It has just about everything. Nice looking stores. Love the design and layout. Has a big city look and vibe, which makes it unique in the Springfield area. This would be a great place to have many different themed festivals throughout the year. Really enjoyed spending time with my family here. Looking forward to many more activities and experiences in the future.
